This assures that every member gets a great workout and has a chance to learn perfect form from our expert coaches.

In between sessions our coaches make themselves available for face-to-face meetings and help you navigate every aspect of your training. Our professional support also includes detailed nutritional coaching and meal plan advice. Meet the Team
Leila and Moe are a true power couple with a shared passion to help people live their best lives. They started MHFBBC with the shared vision to build a welcoming supportive community around health and fitness, and extend their Fit Family beyond the gym. They know that with strong community support anything is achievable. Besides, fitness is a journey no one should go on alone. As they always say “TOGETHER we are stronger”. 

They are both true believers of the MHFBBC’s CORE values: community, ownership, relationships, and excellence and have worked hard to build a business that puts the needs and goals of its members ahead of their own. Every member is a VIP member at MHFBBC. 

Leila is a Health Coach and a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Moe is a Certified PN Nutrition Coach on a mission to guide and support you to transform your life through health and fitness.

Will’s vast experience in HITT classes and 1-on-1 personal training make him a great addition to the Fit Family.

Will’s passion for health and fitness bloomed when he played as a star player for his university's rugby team.

He pursued his passion further academically by completing his BA in sports studies and athletic development. He is also fully certified as a personal trainer (Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Youth Exercise Specialist, Certified Kettlebell Specialist).

When he is not at MHFBBC supporting you, you can find him in Whistler, or playing spike ball, or training for a kettlebell competition.

Dora’s inspirational journey at MHFBBC, from member to coach started 2 years ago when she joined the transformation challenge. Dora has transformed her body and mind to regain control of her health/fitness. During that time, even as just a member, Dora has helped and encouraged the fit family to stay consistent and keep going.

Her personal journey is a testament to her strength, ability, and passion for helping others reach their health/fitness goals.

That's not all, Dora is a Certified Personal Trainer with extensive experience as a group fitness instructor. She is also a Registered Nurse in acute care specializing in Cardiac, Spinal Cord Care, and Orthopedics.

Iman lives and breaths fitness, he is a Bronze medalist in cycling in Asia and has an extensive background in fitness and coaching. He holds a Master’s in physical education and sports sciences and he is currently completing his Ph.D. studies, centered around recovery and rehabilitation.

If that’s not enough Iman has 6 years of experience with professional soccer teams as their fitness conditioning coach and 8 years of experience with 1-on-1 Personal Training.

Welcome back to the family Coach Iman, we are grateful to have him and I know he is super excited for the opportunity to be a part of your health and fitness journey.
